We have highly trained and NEIEP (National Elevator Industry Education Program) certified mechanics with Associate of Applied Science Degrees (this degree is above and beyond the normal industry requirements). All of our mechanics are trained to fill any and all positions. Our company provides 24 hour, 7 day a week service to our new and existing customers. Our response times are usually same day compared to the industry standard of 2-5 days. In case of "emergencies" we treat and respond to each call as required. Our small size is an advantage because we can give our customers the personal service they cannot get with the major companies. We pride ourselves in our monthly service contracts. Unlike some others, we DO come to your building and perform the work as promised in our contracts. We provide these preventative maintenance services to keep our customers elevators up and running, safe, minimize mechanical failures, and prolong the life of the equipment.
